A Pakistani army brigadier has been arrested for suspected ties to a banned group, the military has said. Major General Athar Abbas, spokesman of the Pakistan military, on Tuesday said Brigadier Ali Khan was linked to the outlawed Hizb-ul-Tahrir group.
